Last night at the Nitehawk Cinema in Brooklyn, NY, we served up a screening of our skate micro-documentary, We Out Here. Along with the current Already Famous skate team, the rest of the stars of the documentary, as well as industry folk and journalists were on hand for the viewing. Here’s a few of our favorite pics. When you’re done checking them out, head over to Fader to check out their full recap including the streaming documentary.
Cheer Anastasia on as she competes this weekend at the worlds largest all female surf event, the Ford Supergirl Pro 2013
Initially we had planned on grabbing a generator, a TV/VHS combo, a stack of old skate videos, and heading down in the cellar for the end of the world. Before we could start those preparations, we were approached by Wade and Justin (Already Famous Ambassadors) of Trophy Grip about this Doomsday Celebration. We’re happy to say that instead of walling ourselves in for the end of the world, we’ll be out in Brooklyn sponsoring this event complete with a skate demo, contests, and guaranteed good times.
Airwalk and Airwalk pro-surfer Anastasia Ashley teamed up with The Surfrider Foundation Oahu Chapter for the annual Sunset Beach Clean Up event in Haleiwa, HI this past weekend. In its third year, the event not only cleans and helps preserve Oahu beaches; it provides an opportunity to educate the public about ocean-related issues. Airwalk provided t-shirts to all volunteers for their hard work and joining in for a great day of environmentally friendly fun.
Last night was crazy at The Hole in the LES for our VIP premiere of our Already Famous micro-documentary WE OUT HERE. No need to take our word for it though. Check out our rad photo gallery on our Facebook page. (Images courtesy of Don Brodie)
We’re stoked to announce that we are a proud sponsor of the upcoming Harold Hunter Day, October 13th. If you’re in the area, make sure to cruise down to the all-new Coleman Oval/L.E.S. Skatepark under the Manhattan Bridge. Head down at 1:00pm for a day of skating and remembrance.

Last week, Airwalk and Already Famous hosted a blowout at The Paper Box in Brooklyn. Attendees graciously donated $5 at the door towards the Harold Hunter Foundation before heading into the venue, where they could sip Sailor Jerry cocktails, skate the backyard ramp or take part in the T-shirt press that was set up on-site. Complete with DJ sets from Venus X and Helen Harris, performances from Black Dave and Johnny Nelson, the night rounded out with an energy-packed performance from rapper Juicy J.

Airwalk skaters Andy Macdonald and Tulio Oliveira are packing up and heading out to Shanghai for the Asia X Games. One week from today, Tulio will be tearing up the street course, and Andy will be killing it on Vert and Mini Mega. Andy always does well out there, as he’s already taken home five gold medals from Asia.
Good luck out there guys!
Airwalk legend Mike Vallely was down in Tampa this past weekend for the 18th annual Tampa Pro. This event means quite a bit for Mike V. as he’s won it before, 18 years ago! After a few runs, and three broken boards, Mike landed this epic trick. Watch as the crowd goes absolutely insane.
